Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
